ABOUT US:

We are a dynamic mother/ daughter team, with expertise in naturopathy, beauty therapy and skincare formulation- joining forces to craft a holistic results- driven natural skincare line. Our journey began as we sought to soothe our own family's eczema using plant extracts and hemp oils, leading to remarkable outcomes. Impressed by the efficacy of our creations,  we expanded our collaboration by partnering with a cosmetic chemist to develop a high-performance skincare range that consistently delivers results.

 

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING COSTS?

We have our flat rate AUSPOST option for $6.95 or express post $15 Australia wide. We offer FREE SHIPPING for our skincare for orders over $100.

We are also happy to be shipping using SENDLE. Sendle is 100% carbon neutral. If you enter your address into the cart you'll get a live shipping rate and the estimated time for delivery.

SHIPPING AND ORDER DISPATCH POLICY:

All orders will be dispatched within 2 business days starting from the first business day following the date your order was placed.

In peak sale periods or launch periods there can be delays of up to 5 days on top of our regular processing times. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with tracking included.

Please note that all orders will be sent during our operating times of Monday - Friday 9:00am-4:00pm Australian Eastern Standard Time.

Please ensure all personal and delivery details are correct prior to submitting your order. CALMA is not liable for orders sent to the wrong address.

By using the CALMA website and placing an order with us, you are accepting all our shipping/postage, exchange, return and refund terms and conditions.
Once an order has been shipped it is in the hands of the postal service  or courier listed in your tracking email. If you have any queries or concerns about the delivery time frame or querying a delivery notification please first contact the delivery company. They are best placed to provide you information about where your package is since it is in their hands. If you do not have any success with the courier or postal service please contact us.

LOCAL FREE PICK UP:

We are based in the coastal town of Valla Beach NSW (near Coffs Harbour). Please select the 'pick up' option when checking out and we will email you when your order is ready.

RETURNS

CALMA Skincare Returns Policy:

At CALMA Skincare, we strive to provide you with high-quality skincare products that meet your expectations. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and in such cases, we have outlined our Returns Policy below to assist you.

Returns or Replacements for Damaged Goods:

If the product you receive from CALMA Skincare is damaged or defective in any way, we offer a hassle-free return or replacement option. To initiate a return or request a replacement, please follow these steps:

- Contact our customer support team at blossombuds@shopcalma.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the product to report the issue.

- Include your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence such as photographs.

- Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days. Once reviewed, they will guide you through the return or replacement process and provide you with further instructions.

Refunds:

- We do not offer refunds for a change of mind.

- Refunds will only be provided if the product is defective, damaged, or if there was an error in the order fulfilment process

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

- Once we receive the damaged or defective product, we will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on your preference and product availability. Please note that it may take additional time for a refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchange Policy:

- We do not offer exchanges for products.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF HEMP SKINCARE?


Hemp plants have an antioxidant-rich profile which works as a potential treatment for several skin conditions. Due to its calming ability, adding hemp oil to skincare may potentially help inflammatory skin conditions such as eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, acne and reactive skins. Hemp oil also works as an antioxidant, protecting skin cells from oxidative stress and inflammation. It is beneficial to help protect the skin from fine lines and premature ageing.

 

IS CALMA SKINCARE VEGAN?

We are not a vegan skincare because we use sustainably sourced organic beeswax and manuka honey in a range of our products. Beeswax and manuka have amazing healing benefits for the skin and all of our ingredients are sourced ethically.

 

IS CALMA 100% ORGANIC?

Although the majority of our components, including preservatives and emulsifier, are organic, eco-cert approved and environmentally friendly, we also incorporate ingredients such as essential oils and extracts that, while not entirely organic, are sourced naturally, safe for the skin and obtained through ethical means.

WHY ARE EXPIRY DATES ONE YEAR OR LESS?


Please check expiry on products when ordering. We make our skincare in small batch production because we believe in using raw natural ingredients without the need of harsh preservatives. That means our products will have a certain date to use them by- FRESH IS BEST even with skincare, we want you to reap the benefits of our products without them going stale (or wasted sitting in your bathroom cupboard unused).

Silk and honey Face cream- 1 year

Cleanser, Pink Exfoliant and pink clay mask - 1 year

Our products do not need to be refrigerated but please store in a dark cool place.



WHY ARE THERE FLOWER REMNANTS IN MY BLOSSOM BUDS BALMS / OILS?


We formulate skincare from scratch. We do our own oil infusions with herbs and flower/bud leaf, so your balms and oils may have remnants of dried leaf/flower/herb throughout the product. We also use UNREFINED plant butters that can form into different consistencies and colours throughout our balms and oils. Every products is completely handmade and may vary in colour and consistency depending on the plant/flower and time of the year they are picked. Most of our ingredients are sourced within Australia and high quality. This is just a part of the nature of our brand- very raw and organic product that is beneficial to the skin without the use of preservatives and fillers.
